1. Are you just going to sell me a roof?

No pressure. No gimmicks. Just honest info and help if you need it.
If you have damage, I’ll show you what your options are and how your insurance might cover it. If you don’t, I’ll tell you that too. Simple as that.

2. What makes your roof replacements different?

Lots of roofers just slap on shingles. I upgrade the entire system — Class 4 shingles, Ice & Water Shield, synthetic underlayment, upgraded vents, new step flashing — all included. No hidden upcharges. This isn’t just a roof. It’s protection that lasts.

3. Do I have to pay anything upfront?

Nope. Not a penny until your materials are delivered and my crew is on-site, ready to go. No surprises. No money vanishing into the void. You’ll know exactly what’s happening and when.

4. Do you work directly with insurance claims?

Yes — and I’ll help you understand what’s covered, what to expect, and how to avoid denied claims or delays.
I’ve worked with hundreds of storm-damaged homes and know how to spot what adjusters often miss. You stay in control — I just help you protect your options.

5. What’s the deal with Class 4 shingles?

They’re impact-resistant and can help reduce your insurance premiums. I include them for free with every full replacement — not as an upsell, but because it’s the right move.

6. Do you offer free inspections?

Yes — and more than that, I offer a full Roof Risk Report with drone photos (a $299 value). You’ll get a clear breakdown of what I see, what it means, and what to do next.

7. Can you help if I’m selling my house or in escrow?

Absolutely. I offer Roof Certifications to help close deals, give buyers peace of mind, and reduce last-minute surprises during inspection. It’s also a great way to spot potential issues before they become problems during the sale. Real estate agents love this.

8. What’s in the Roof Risk Report?

A professional inspection, drone photos, and a breakdown of risk factors, wear-and-tear, storm damage, or potential future issues — all clearly explained. It’s yours to keep, no obligation.

9. What’s the deadline for storm claims?

In most cases, you have one year from the date of loss. That means if your roof was hit by hail last spring or summer, you may need to file by May 30th to stay eligible. After that, insurance may deny the claim.

10. What if my adjuster already said I’m not covered?

That happens more than it should. I offer second-look inspections to identify missed damage and walk you through requesting a reinspection — it’s free, and it could save you thousands.

11. Do you offer any guarantees or warranties?

Yes. I include a 5-year workmanship warranty with every full roof. Plus, I require annual inspections to keep it valid — that helps catch small issues before they become big ones.

12. How does your referral program work?

Refer a homeowner who ends up doing their roof with me and you’ll earn up to $250 in rewards. They can even refer themselves and still count. Choose from gift cards to Amazon, Home Depot, Southwest, and more.

13. What if I’m not ready yet?

That’s totally fine. I’ll still give you the info and inspection you need, free of charge. No pressure. No hard close. Just clear next steps and a way to protect your options until you’re ready.

14. What if I already had repairs done by someone else?

I can still inspect your roof and provide a report. If something was missed or done incorrectly, I’ll show you exactly what it is — and if needed, help you figure out what your options are next.

15. How long does a roof replacement take?

Most full replacements take just 1–2 days once we’re on-site. I’ll give you a clear schedule and we’ll work around your life as best we can.

16. Are you licensed and insured?

Yes — and I’m also a licensed commercial drone pilot, which means you get a professional-level inspection and documentation that’s clear, clean, and accurate.

17. Do you work with HOAs or property managers?

Yes. I’ve worked with HOAs, landlords, and property managers on multi-home storm claims, certifications, and full replacements. If you’re responsible for multiple roofs, I can simplify the process.

18. Where can I read reviews or leave one?

You can check my reviews or leave your own on Google. I also include reviews and real photos in my Roof Risk Report folder — just ask to see them!

19. What areas do you serve?

I primarily serve the Denver Metro area, but I also cover many of the surrounding cities and suburbs, including:

If you’re not sure whether I cover your area, just ask — I’m happy to help if I can.
